These Terms govern your use of the Melloway mobile application and services. By using Melloway you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or older to use Melloway.

3. Accounts & authentication

Create an account with Google, Sign in with Apple (iOS), or email/password. Keep credentials secure. Sign in with Apple will be supported on iOS.

4. Subscriptions, trials & payments

• Paid trial: 7-day paid trial charged immediately at $9.99 (USD). Card required.
• Plans: Annual $149; 3-month $69. Taxes added at checkout.
• Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel to stop future charges; access continues until period end.
• Refunds: No pro-rata refunds except as required by law or exceptional cases at our discretion. Billing support: refunds@melloway.app.

5. Service description & limitations

Melloway provides wellness insights by analyzing health data you provide or sync. The Service may provide AI-generated suggestions. Melloway is not a medical service and makes no guarantees on outcomes.

6. Health disclaimer & medical advice

The Service is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional. Melloway is not responsible for medical decisions you make based on the Service.

7. User data & rights

You own your data. You grant Melloway a license to process data to provide the Service. See Privacy Policy for details and data rights.

8. Prohibited conduct

No misuse of the Service, no attempts to reconstruct others' data, and no unlawful activities.

9. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or abuse. On voluntary termination, access continues until the period end. Certain sections survive termination.

10. Intellectual property

All content and IP are owned by Melloway or licensors. Do not copy or redistribute without authorization.

11. Warranty disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Melloway's liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months to the extent permitted by law. We exclude indirect damages to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Melloway from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of the Terms.

13. Governing law; disputes; arbitration

• Governing law: Delaware (U.S.).
• Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (AAA or similar). Class actions and representative claims are waived. For EU/UK consumers, statutory protections override unenforceable waivers.

14. Changes to Terms

We may change Terms. Material changes will be notified to users by email or in-app.
