Do I need a wearable to use Melloway?

Melloway works best with wearable data (Oura, Apple Watch, Whoop, Fitbit, etc.), but you don't need one to start. You can begin with the quiz and manual daily check-ins. When you're ready to add a wearable, your insights will become even more personalized.

How is this different from my wearable's app?

Your wearable shows you what happened (HRV, sleep score, readiness). Melloway tells you what to DO about it. We analyze patterns across your quiz answers and device data, then give you one clear action to try - personalized to YOUR body, not generic advice.

Is this a medical diagnosis tool?
